how do i go about the marriage lic since im from jersey and he's from mississippi is there anything special i have to do?

You get the license from the state where you will have the ceremony.  Just make sure you both bring a birth certificate (and photo id I think) when you go to apply.

thats kinda a problem if u both live in 2 different states then u can never c each other u hve 2 fly over there or he has to go by u

You get the license in the state you are getting married in. Nothing special to do!
