Im giving up on pets?

Question

ive had a lot of pet snakes. my dad hates them

my brother has killed a lot of them, my cat has killed a few and my dad forgot 2 feed some of them, so they just died. ive had way too many pets. they either die or they're crazy

i think im giving up on pets

advice........?

If you love pets, maybe wait till you have your own place. If your pets are crazy, try to find out about how to 'raise' your pets properly. I remember going crazy when my husbands cockatiels would scream, but checking out info online on training birds helped me out a great deal. But giving up because of other people seems wrong.

Its simple don't give up on all pets fro what you've written it sounds like you've only ever had snakes try something else like a gecko or lizard or may be even a mammal.

you don't have to give up completely on pets just ask your dad what pet he would like you to have and see if you would like that pet maybe snakes are just bad luck pets for you hope this helps
