Im goin to tenerrife for the frist time and i dont think i will be able to stand the heat any tips ??

This is because i live in the uk and it is not very hot and on average 20 deggres so it will relli hit me when it goes from 20 degrees in london to 32 degrees in tenerife and its even worse because we are goin south of tenerife and i can berly stan the heat in london. so it would be much appreciated if i can have some tips on how to be able to stand the heat!!!

  1. Drink lots, and lots, and lots, of water... Alot.


  2. Get a small handheld fan to carry around with you, they probably have them there so see if you can get a hold of one, they really help.

    Don't wear dark clothes if you have the sun on you, and stay in the shade as much as possible.

    Drink lots of water, and if there's a pool where you're staying that'll help too.

  3. Drink lots of water, wear loose fitting clothes, take a bumpershoot for sunshade. Go and enjoy yourself. Don't worry about things that haven't happened, yet.

  4. All of the other is advice is good.  Just so you know the wind is always blowing in Tenerife - it can be warm wind, but it is not sticky hot.

    Use an umbrella too.
