why should parents teach their children hw to live?

I think your character as a parent is a first hand example of how you would want your children to live and definately not the TV celebrities.

However you contribute to society in terms of responsibility, that is how your child will 'copy' this strategy and attempt to implement it in his/her everyday life.

parents teach their children integrity - they show them their morals and values - how to be - right from wrong - disapproval and approval - parents are the first teachers and the most important because they have the most influence on a child.

Kids learn from people, and if it isn't their parents, it will be whoever else they can find (and emulate) as role-models.

because they could know what is wrong and right in the futre. If the parents dont teach children good things  the child will make a wrong choise in the future. Parents are grown up and have a lot of knowledge.
