Im going for the atheltic look so id say cutting phase as bodybuilders call it and?

im planning on eating about 2000cals consisting of 220carbs 200g protein and 35g fat it adds up after i did all the math it comes out to 1970 cals when i made one meal plan does that sound good im 5ft 5 and weigh 133lbs if not what should i change

Dude, I'm cutting now too.  It's kind of hard to tell with someone else's counts if the math is good.  220 seems like a lot of carbs to me for cutting.  You might want to go to www.bodybuilding.com and read some diet articles and message boards.  That's where I go when I need reviews on supplements and diet.  Best of Luck.  Keep Banging.
