  1. I was the same before I left for Paris and Barcelona with my school, don't worry you'll be fine. I was a nervous wreck before I left and by the end of the break I didn't want to come home yet. It'll be an amazing experience and you'll regret not going, every time you start to feel anxious about stuff that might go wrong, instead think about all the awesome things that you'll be doing...I would think about shopping in Paris, meeting very cute french boys for baguettes haha, it helped me feel more excited than anxious. Hope you have as sweet of a time as I did in Europe, and don't worry you'll be just fine

  2. watch your purse.

watch the girls or boys whoever come near to you.

Drink a mineral water wherever you go.

do not accept any drink offer.

and do not overslept when departure date comes

  3. If you watch a movie called "The Three Kings", George Clooney listens to a guy who's really scared and freaking out. He tells the guy something like "This is the way it works. First you do the thing that you're scared of and later you get the confidence you needed to do it."

Although you're scared, just go for it and see it as a challenge. After you have been there you'll be much more experienced. And if you're anything like me you'll start traveling more later. Trust me, I'm doing something I'm scared of at these days but it builds character. Good luck with that.

  4. With everything that has been going on in the world in the last few years, it's understandable for anyone to be nervous about traveling out of the country. However, as someone who has been over seas before and is dying to go back- embrace this opportunity! You are going to see and learn some of the most amazing not to mention historically important sights of culture. Also, you are traveling with your school, so the security and "chaperoning" will be there and should help alleviate some of the anxiety. Just stick with your group and take it all in- you will be so glad you did! Perhaps get on the internet and look up amazing and important sights to see in Italy and France, and once you do some research just maybe you will start to get really excited about going- rather than nervous.
