i payed the 90 dollars last year for the membership fee but did not end up going on the trip cause of family issues

do i need to pay the 90 dollars again?

95, and no, i don't think so. as I recall. its a "lifetime membership fee" so you will still send them 95 to hold your spot, but it will just go torward your trip.
