Im going paintballing this sunday and i was wondering if i should wear anything besides extra clothin?

ya the quistion says it all but i was told wear a couple layers of clothing but it just doesnt seem like enough thx in advance

A mask, a neck guard, stuff like that.

No matter how many layers of clothing you wear it hurts. And i am far rfom a whimp just cuz' i'm a female. wear clothing you don't care about cuz'that stuff stains.

Goggles/Mask and Gloves. Any old clothing will work, paintballs are biodegradable and non toxic, but they REALLY stain. Best thing you can do if your worried about taking a hit is to be sure everyone you are playing with has chronographed their marker to a safe fps. like 300 fps or less. If you are under 300, I really doubt you will even pay much attention to getting hit because you will be having to much fun.

extra clothing isn't necessary...gloves are. I got busted in the knuckles quite a few times and that's not fun.

just wear like a t shirt some jeans and a sweatshirt... oh and maybe a cup lol.
