Im going to 7 grade and i need to know what the best concealer for olive/tan skin & undereyes+helpw/eyeliner?

usually when i wake up to go to school(6 AM) my eyes look horrible and i need something thats at a good price (lower than 10 $) that works perfectly on undereye circles.

i have black eyeliner and im not so sure how to put it on to make my eyes look bigger.

Covergirl fresh complexion undereye concealer-amazing. its specially made for your undereyes, and it just works great. i would suggest the darkest shade for you, which i think is called "dark".

for the eyeliner, make a thin line along your waterline (bottom lash line). then, line from the outside corner of your top eyelash line and in to the middle of your lash base (the middle of your eyelid along your lash line)

Anyway!

I don't think you'll ned concealer at such a young age. But you can go to CVS, because yours doesn't seem serious enough for you to spends hundreds of dollars on Clinique and those famous skin care shops. It doesn't matter your skin colour, all concealers do the same on each and every skin colour :)

Eyeliner is always so much help for me when I was around your age =] It's hard to explain, but have your mum help. But, I'll try too!

Put your hand right under your eye, and move that finger down, exposing basically your whole eye. That rim before your eyelashes, that's the rim your going to apply your eyeliner to. Take the pencil, and just shade it in, try to make it as even as possible. Don't worry if its not perfect or exactly equal to the other eye, but you'll get better in time. Hope I helped!

Almay makes a terrific undereye liquid concealer, and it has a wand to slick it on wiht; you should still blend though. its under 10 bucks, too.

Well, since you're trying to save cash, I would use ELF products. everything's a dollar and I heard their concealer is really good and it saves cash :).....if not, clinique is supposed to be really good, too. hope I helped

-Draw a line as close as possible to your eyelashes.

-Work from the inner edge of your eye to the outer edge on the upper lid.

-Make sure your eyeliner pencil is sharp.

-Use a sponge brush and go back and forth over the liner gently, so you smudge the line for a softer look.

-Line the lower lid from the outside and taper to the inner edge. Again, smudge the liner.

-Acquiring the art of how to put on eyeliner simply takes a bit of patience and practice.

then or your eyes use liquid cause it makes them look brighter!! to make them look bigger put it on top AND bottom but not thick. just a small line!

use clinque workout all day makeup or those dark circles- that wat my friend does it looks good.

theres certain make up you can buy for dark circles. but foundation/concelears work okay just not as well.

but dont wear too much... unless your emo.

i wore a lot, and it scared some people. peope didnt like me for it. and you can look online for ways to do eyeliner and such. even youtube has make up videos
