Im going to Anguilla for my honeymoon, thinking about spending part of the trip in St. Barts....?

Im debating whether or not to stay in St. Barts because it is so overpriced....Is it worth it to take a day trip there and go back to Anguilla at night? Should I stay in Anguilla the whole 7 days or spend 2-3 days in St. Barts?

I was going to suggest staying on St Martin for a couple of days and ferry over to St Barts for the day.

Unless you have extra funds to spend, I think St Barts is very expensive. Good for a day trip. The rich and famous stay there. If you are looking for nice beaches and great food split your time betwee Anguilla and St Martin/St Maarten.

We really enjoyed Anguilla, it's a quiet island but the beaches and water are awesome.

I am going to Anguilla this July. We were just in St Martin and loved it so much we are going back in July. St Barts is expensive as every thing is in Euros. In St. martin most places take dollars for Euros on the French side where we stayed. The Dutch side is even cheaper. We stayed on Grand case beach in a condo right on the water. I can't say enough about how amazing it is. It's only 20 minutes by ferry to Anguilla.
