Im going to China on holiday Dec07.Ive a criminal record for possession of marajuana,wil I be rejected a visa?

  1. No, there is no restriction on travel if you were convicted of a misdeamor and have no outstanding probation / parole, etc..


  2. probably not, its not a felony, just a misdemeanor

    also how do you know that you will commit this offense in the future?

  3. i looked on their site , could not find any specifics on criminal records , therefore i also read the application form , of course it does ask if you have a criminal record , if so you must write all informations about it ;

    now ,if they are going to deny you ? i cannot tell you ....

    i caught an article about drugs and the issues in China , it is pretty harsh
