  1. Hi, You will love Dublin, i went with my friends last Nov, and loved it so much went for a day trip in April.  Go on a tour bus they are on O'Connell St it's around 14 euros each, it's a hop on hop off bus all day it will take you to all the tourist attractions, Guinness factory is well worth a visit.  Henry St is fantastic for shopping it's just passed the Post Office on O'Connell St. Temple Bar area is buzzing at night, we ate in Flanagan's that's also on O'Connell St near Henry St great food.  Have a great time Happy 40th Birthday.

  3. well it depends on what you plan on doing, are you going for a holiday or a p**s up or a relaxing break or what???? post more detail and ill come back to answer again (i live in dublin)

  4. Temple bar in the city centre is the place you should be going to it's great craic at the weekend full of life, as for places to avoid i can't really think of any I've never had any bad experiences in Dublin. You should have a look at Ticketmaster.ie to see if there are any GAA (huring or football) games on in Croke Park the weekend you'll be here. Hope you have a good time
