Im going to Hong Kong from the USA but?

im afraid to fly, I have flow once but the flight was 2hrs. any suggestions?

  1. Go ahead and give in to all your fears.  All of them are reasonable, aren't they?

    Don't go if you somehow think it reasonable that you will be part of that 1.4 deaths per 10,000,000 passengers that have died in the air--and regret that decision forever.


  2. Mind over matter.

    Try and distract yourself from the fact that you are on a plane.

    Dont sit in the window seat.

    If at all possible, try to get a deat in the middle of the plane, or slightly to the front. you'll feel the turbulence less.

    Bring candies to suck on when landing or taking off so that your ears dont hurt.

  3. just don't sleep the night before your flight. then you'll be able to sleep on the flight and before you know it... you'll be landing in hong kong.  

  4. u should have no fear on the flight. since u been on a flight before its going to be the same as that one but much longer. just take naps, eat and look out the window and enjoy mother nature. by no time, u would arrive in the beautiful city of HK
