Im going to Milan on the 12th of August will there be any shops open?

i just wanted to know if ther will be any shops opened in MIlan around the 12th of august?

Hello. I am Italian. You can be sure that shops are open but you have to now that in Italy on 15th August there is a festivity and so on this day shops are close. The name of this festivity is "Ferragosto".

There is no Italian holiday on 12th of August, so shops should be open, unless they are on strike. :-)
