Im going to a ho-down (spelling?)?

my friends want me to go to a ho-down with them next weekend at this bar we found

and i have no idea what to expect or what to wear

or if i really even want to go

(i hate country music)

any suggestions?

It's a hoe-down and I think you ought to go!  Just put on your most worn out jeans and a plain shirt and some cowboy boots if you have them.  And then expect to have a really good time.  You don't have to like country music to have fun at a hoe-down!

just dress down and have fun you can laugh at how everyone looks and acts ppl let their hair down at a ho down  unless it actually means ho down omg u could be the entertainment lol

If you "hate" country music you really shouldn't go. It will only ruin your friends night. You should decline if you have your mind set against it.

On the other hand...if you have an open mind you might actually enjoy it.

It's drinking & dancing & having fun.

Wear jeans if you do go. They are not fancy by any means. Dress down. & boots if you have them.
