  1. I would say track, and/or feild because there are some sports like shot put where u can start out and suck, but get better and better while getting in shape.

  2. Swimming does sound it like it would be a good sport for you.

it may be intimindating to know that some of the other athletes have been training since they were about 6 years old but dont let that stop you.

Swimming is a highschool sport that the coaches love to see new athletes trying it out, and you usually dont even have to try out for the team so thats a plus.

Just work really hard at it and try to get the basic stroke form down and by midseason you will be just where those other people are. Get your mind focused on it and keep a goal in mind. Always be racing against youself. As long as your improved from your fist season time then you really have won.

Swimming is a great sport because it is a team sport but invidual at the same time. Give it a try.

  3. you could most likely do any of those but you would be put on the lowest team even if you are good they aways put the inexperienced people on the lower teams vut yeah track would be the best for you.

  4. If you want to join your swim team, go for it! If your team doesn't have tryouts (mine doesn't) then don't worry about it overly much. If it does you'll just have to work harder to make the team. But in any case you should try to brush up on your swimming skills over the summer, try to go to the pool and swim some laps at least 2 or 3 times a week. Get your strokes up to shape as well, maybe take some lessens or have one of your friends on the team give you some pointers. Maybe you should do some dry land as well, just push ups/sit ups and a little bit of running, just enough to get you into shape.

Joining my swim team was the best decision I ever made and I hope you enjoy it too. Whatever you decide to do, just have fun with it and work hard. Good luck!

  5. i would definitly chose swimming. over the summer, find someone to teach you the basic strokes and techniques. at practice, altough you may be at the back of the lane, try your hardest and eventually you'll progress. true, some of these people may have been swimming forever, but there are also people like you. oh, and have fun, even though I know you will(duh, swimming is the funnest!!)

  6. You can have the body type for any sport but of you don't like it then its meaningless. I would suggest cross country or track, since they don't emphasize skills as much. They are not skillless sports but they just don't require as much. However, your body type would help make you a decent bball or football player, if thats what you like.

  7. Track. Just train yourself this summer to run and maybe you would be good with that.

I dont think basketball would be good for you because when you are in highschool level you have to have ability in order to make the team.
