  1. It all depends on what you want from your satnav.

Just UK & ireland maps, Europe, Mp3, Photos, Bluetooth, Connection to your car stereo etc. The best thing is to decide on a brand, Then goto their website and look at what options each model has. I did my brand research and went for a tomtom. Seems to be the most future proof and the range seems to match most orther makes. Style was one thing and bluetooth, speech recognition instructions (which work a treat) along with mp3 player that connects to my car stereo through the fm transmitter make it brilliant to use. It does not come with eropean maps, but you can download them of the internet should you wish. Other very popular & reliable  makes are Garmin & Navman.

The cheapest place to buy is online (Ebay). you save a lot. Retal high streets are all about the same, but you will find Tescos, Asda and Maplin to have the best deals

  2. tomtom  pc world £150 approx

  3. Navigo sat nav from ebuyer £60. Had mine 6 months no problem. Put in videos, mp3s, photos cannot fault it for money.    I use mine dayley

for work best thing I ever bought.

    Good luck.
