Im going to chicago i have one day, what should definitly see while i'm there?

All those places are nice but you really don't want to spend your whole day traveling from place to place. If you only have a day it's Navy Pier. Food, drink, boat rides, HUGE Ferris Wheel, a museum, shops, a theater, all on the pier itself. No need to waste time traveling anywhere. You can get an awesome view of the city skyline and the boat trips are guided so you'll get a bit of Chicago history thrown in with the ride. If the day also includes evening, you can check out the River North area with all the things to do there. Take a stroll along the river or a carriage ride along the Mag Mile.

Just a few great attractions not to miss are the Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute, Field Museum, and the Museum of Science and Industry.

If you want to shop, just hit the magnificent mile on Michigan Ave., and if nothing else, be sure to check out Millennium park

You might also want to check out Navy Pier.  It really depends on what you're into.  Also make sure to have some great Chicago food.  Gino's Pizza is awesome for Chicago deep dish.
