will it be okay to go on water rides and rollar coasters?

Go as early as possible. Although a 30% chance is slim, you never know even with the help of a meteorologist. Don't allow it to ruin your day!! Enjoy as much of the park as you can before it rains, and have a Plan B if it does rain the the latter portion of the afternoon.
