    chicken feet

    honey walnut shrimp

  3. Chicken Fried Rice, Mongolian Grilled Chicken, and some Singapore Noodles. I Like Chicken!

    Fortune cookie, 40 calories

Skinless Peking duck with steamed vegetables and/or brown rice

  7. Depends where you're at.  Start with dishes yoiu can identify with like seafood and beef, for instance.

  8. Get a shrimp dish. At least it's indentifiable.

  9. pan fried noodle.

  13. If you want _really_ American and are really terrified, start with the "sweet and sour chicken." They should be like little balls of chicken with a type of Chinese breading. Quite plain-tasting. Then you can dip them in sweet and sour sauce, which is also good.

General Tso's is also very good, but like another respondent said, get it less spicy (unless you like spicy).

And you'll probably like the fried crab rangoons, which are little crispy things stuffed with cream cheese and (usually fake) crab.

As for rice, I prefer white rice (don't know why), but I'm sure you've had rice before, and fried rice isn't that offensive.

  14. chinese food is a mixture of almost the same thing. with different names. it is best to find a good restaurant.ask your family to recomend a place they have  been to and enjoyed.its not what you eat. but where you eat it.believe me.good luck and enjoy.
