my mom is writeing a permission slip for me to travel to england to visit my friend im staying with her at her house when i get there what shud the paper say and shuid it be in ink on what kind of paper? i need to know how to do it properly so they ecpt it.

I don't really understand why you need this permission slip - it's not an official document of any kind. You'll still need passport etc.

Also, we really need to know your age to construct an appropriate paper.

I'd have something like

I, (your mother's name) give permission for my daughter (your name) to (whatever it is you want permisssion for, you're not very clear).

Then your mother's signature, handwritten, in pen.

And give contact numbers - Your friend's home no, maybe your friend's / friend's mother's mobile, the number that can reach your mother (remember UK to USA phone numbers need extra digits at the beginning - research).

I would type it and print two copies, in case you lose one.
