depends where you live, be more specific...CAs kind of a big state.

Some banks will, Disneyland has a spot, the airport before you go....

The Bank.  Preferably the one you do your banking at.  Call them in the morning.

And you don't really need much.

The best way to convert money is on your ATM or Debit card.  You get the best exchange rate, and you will probably be charged less for the fees, as well.  check with your bank on that.  And that's for cash, but use a credit card for most of your purchases.  It's all done automatically for you.  Again, check with your banks, some charge as much as 3% for the fees, and some as low as 1%.  use the lowest you can.
