Im going to florida and i so scared of rides which go upside down but i really want to get other it?

Try going on the fast rides first. Then gradually go onto a ride with just a small loop. Then work your way up till you fell confidant enough to go on the big ones like the hulkoaster and dueling dragons:fire and ice(rides at universal, a theme park in Florida)I've been on them and they are great!

if you're going to Disney's Hollywood Studios - try the Aerosmith Rockin Rollercoaster - - it's got a couple of loops, but it's indoors & dark so you can't see them.

Most of the Disney World coasters are loopless - - try Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain & Splash Mountion in the Magc Kingdom.
