Im going to have my 13 b-day soon and i need a resteraunt?

me and my friends r going to dress up (alot, u no boas, big hats, funny stuff!) and after we dress up we r going to go to a resteraunt(still in r crazy clothes) so i need a cheap but still a little nice resteraunt, suggetions?
