  1. Checked the weather channel but it only shows the next 10 days, I would check as your trip gets closer.

I would bring an umbrella just in case. Although the second it starts raining the streets will be filled with people selling them, but at a pretty price. Definitely, bring comfortable shoes! Pants, jackets and nice outfits if you are planning on going anywhere fancy.

    Have fun!!!!!

Oh and don't forget that if you bring any appliances (hair dryer, curling iron) they won't fit in the electrical outlets. So you will have to buy the converter unless you find out if the hotels provide them for you.

  2. We lived between Verona & Venice for 2 1/2 years and March & April can still be a little chilly (down to the 40's at night...), yet can also be warm enough to sit outside in the sun at a cafe with a campari spritz! (Layers!) ... DO know that the Italian women (and men, actually) dress VERY well. No sweats, etc. Of course they easily abide the sloppy Americans (I was one!), but it's also fun to get swept up into their sense of fashion and to blend in a little more (I did!). Bring or buy a scarf (NOT a winter one), some boots with at least a little heel, colorful clothing, skirts or fashion jeans. You wanna' present a "bella figura" not "brutta figura"! Here's a fun blog that I found regarding same:

Have a great time and say Ciao to Italia from me!

p.s. Here's a good site to track the weather on as you get closer to your trip:

p.p.s. A good versatle  black, go-with-anything, nonwrikle-able skirt is ALWAYS a good chioce! Just ball it up & throw it in your suitcase; wash it out in the hotel sink & it's dry by the morning!

  3. It was very nice here in Rome today. Hot too! The nights are still cold so bring a jacket, but nothing too heavy.

  4. can I come?

  5. where you are going to go?

the weather is different in each part of Italy..

    I live in Milan,

    it's sunny but a little cold...around 20 degrees Celsius...

  6. Why aren't you going to Naples, Pompeii and Capri, too? They're 200 km far from Rome. You can catch the high-speed train and you arrive in Naples in 1 hour from Roma Termini. However, here today it was very sunny and they were 21° (Celsius).
