Im going to maine,(very cold place) for 4 days,what do i need?

Tell us more about what you plan to do there!!

If you are going to a spa and the weather is cold; you just sit inside and ignore the cold weather.  You have no need for cold weather gear!!

depends on how often you want new "outfits" and what your cold tolerance is. One or two warm sweaters, maybe a lighter one in case we have warm weather, snow pants, warm boots, warm socks! (smartwool is a good brand) gloves/mittens (gloves are recommended if you're a smoker. It's easier to hold the cigarette), hat (ear flaps?) scarf, sunglasses (the snow can be blinding!). I've lived in Maine my whole life and generally get by with a lightly padded jacket and sweaters all winter, unless I'm going to be spending extended periods of time outside. Otherwise it's just going from house/work/store to car and that's managable in a sweater!

Comforting warm things from home so you don't need to buy them: packets of hot cocoa/tea, a couple good books...

Also bring some fun going out clothes; you never know what activities will come up! But keep in mind that Mainers aren't that concerned with the latest styles...we're more about fashionable practiblilty.

We've been getting ALOT of snow, and some weird weather around here(Like it Rained, Snowed Sleet all in one day) Some days it's Pretty nice out, and sometimes it's downright coldJust to give ya a bit about what the weathers been like, So ya know if ya want to bring a rain jacket or something..Just bring Jacket, Gloves, Hat, Scarf, Boots, Snow pants...and whatever else for snow/weather gear ya got..
