  1. Flip flops make your feet work too hard. Wear comfortable walking shoes!

  2. sneakers definitively.

  3. I will be there too....lol. Yes you can wear flip flops but they are a hassle for some rides you have to take them off and hold them so you don't lose them. I usually wear tennis shoes. Alot of people wear crocs.

  4. You are allowed to wear anything so far as shoes go.  You will walk for miles. Wear your most comfortable, broken-in walking shoes...and hiking socks

  5. Any type of shoes is allowed. Flip flops are ok, crocs are widely used at Disney, as well as tennis. Wear something comfortable because you will do a lot of walking and standing up in lines all day long. If you don't get too tired with flip flops, go ahead!

  6. You will be walking all day -- don't wear flip flops.

[translation note: sneakers, tennies and trainers are the same thing!]

  7. you can wear flip flops, but you will want proper sneakers due to all of the walking you will be doing.  =]

  8. Good comfortable sneakers. You'll be doing soooo much walking. Of course once you go to the water parks go with flip flops, but otherwise, comfortable shoes.

    Have fun. I'm jealous.

  9. omg wear shoes!!!

  10. flip flops are good, but ide wear something like tivas. there like sandels but they strap to your feet. but their kinda ugly, so idk.

  11. Hey, do what you want BUT, if you don't want your feet to hurt like the dickens, wear some good walking shoes with padding and support. There is a lot of walking to do and it is all on concrete.

  12. It would be advisable to wear sneakers. There's too much walking to be done.

  13. This is a good excuse to get yourself a new pair of shoes.

You're allowed to wear flip flops at all of the parks in Orlando but you have to take them off for some rides.  It's not really a big deal they usually just have you sit on them while you're on the ride.

By September 11th Orlando should be past it's very hot and muggy summer.  It should at least be starting to cool off.  Expect mid to low 80's during the day and low 70's at night.

Comfortable supportive tennis shoes would probably be best.

Had you said you were coming in July or August I would have suggested high end flip flops--like reefs.  Tennis shoes can be awfully hot in the summer.  If you're very comfortable walking in your flip flops for long periods of time, go for those.  I, and most of the locals, always were flip flops at the parks.

  14. since you're walking alot you should wear something comfortable.

also, since many of the rides go upside down or spin or something, it would be best to wear something that doesnt easily fall off, unless you want to hold your flip flops every time you go on a ride.

    personally, i would take sneakers.

  15. :s

  16. Forget the flip-flops. Wear a comfortable pair of athletic shoes and consider placing an gel insert in them for added support. These are huge parks and every bit of comfort will help you get through the day without injury. Have fun too!
