  1. What you are asking is to, become something doing nothing, If only life was that easy?

I’m sorry but you need to eat the right food to build muscles, mussels are the best form of bulking up otherwise the your other option is fat.

You need exercise to convert the muscle to use able muscles or to turn fat into energy to make or to increase more muscles mass.

Because of your age in which you are still developing the best form of converting your muscles would be Plyometrics.  (Plyometrics exercise can be found on the web)

This will make you Stronger, faster and quicker by February.

Remember: Good professional players didn’t get where they are without hard work and good eating habits.

If you start taking anything else other than food, your body will start relying on it and as you get older, your body won't operate the way it was meant to.

I Wish you all the Best.

I wouldn't recommend weights until you are 16 years of age

  2. No there is no other way, start eating high protein foods and do weights. To get the full benifit of weights you should do 3 sets of 4 reps. the 4 reps should be a weight in which u can only do 4, if u can do 5 its too light. do that for 12 weeks or so and i guarentee u will have put on some kgs.

  3. At that age size doesn't matter trust me!Doing weights and trying to bulk up at that age will not help you further on in life  at the size you are you will be similar to all the other players. You will natrually get stronger whilst playing the game.My suggestion is to just play the game and see how you like it.
