  1. the lease program? That means they want you to buy their truck and become an Owner Operator. You will basically watch someone drive for 3 weeks. My advice? Dont drive for CR England they dont pay well.

  2. This phase is the C.A.T. (Career Advancement Team) Program. During this phase, as a company driver, you will be a 2nd seat with an independent contractor for three weeks. This gives you the opportunity to observe our lease program up close and gain additional driving experience.

  3. Doesn't have anything to do with ownership of the truck.  You are just a team driver who is not yet qualified to lead the team or operate your own truck.  Hopefully your Lead Seat Driver will work with you and really train you.  After your training, you will eventually get First Seat status (aka A Seat or Lead Seat)

There are no rules or regs on this, just common practice, but it is recognized industry wide!  Drive safe!  As a professional driver, you must provide for the daily needs of almost 400 people!!!
