is there a way i can get used the heat quickly

I have lived in Spain, in the South, nobody gets used to the heat not even the Spanish lol.

Drink plenty of water, stay in the shade and get used to the Spanish day ie siestas, the shops close at midday, and re-open in the afternoon when it is cooler. I would suggest playing football in the evening.

Enjoy, it is a beautiful place, and am planning on moving back as soon as possible.
