Question:

Im going to start something to try to lower my body fat percentage, opinions?

im 67 inches and wiegh 174 my body fat% is 22.58. im going to start running 1.5 mile at least 5 times a week, pumping some iron just for resistance training, and eating healthier. im already pretty active i just want to lose more weight for personal reasons. what do yall think? i wiegh 174 i'll keep yall updated

  3. sounds like a good plan, but I would take your running and put a time on it ...  the average person walks 4 miles per hour, so running 1.5 miles is what, maybe 15-20 minutes of cardio??  if you want to lower your body fat percentage, then you should do a moderate to high intensity level of cardio for 30 to 45 minutes at least 3 times per week ...  I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill today, I felt like I did awful and was in horrible shape and was done in about 30 minutes ...

  4. Some times all the exercise in the world would not help if you do not eat the right sort of foods and not all kind of healthy food would help you to lose weight.For the most fastest way to lose weight in days/weeks you can go on three kinds of diets.

    1) All liquid diet.You can read up on this online.These includes drinking jucies,soups,porridges.etc

    2Low carb diet.Eating foods which have low in carbohydrate.That is avoiding things like rice esp.

    3) All fruits diet.

  7. that sounds good just make sure you stretch first nothing major just a couple of stretches touch your toes ext.... and make sure your not doing to much for your body a first and eat well. if you think you're hungry have a drink first (often your just thirsty) and if you're still hungry after that eat but if you eat too fast you're body won't know you're full so eat slowly and chew you're food properly oh and eat healthily. and don't eat subway thinking it's better than McDonald's or something eat proper food. and drink loads of water.
