I think it is quite relaxed, so whatever you want, although if it were me it'd probably be trousers (not jeans) and a shirt. I don't do ties unless in a suit, so forget that, and some smart shoes (not trainers).

I get the impression Heston is quite down to earth, and it will be less formal at lunch than at dinner time, but no doubt there'll be some toffs there enthusing loudly about their own fantastic-ness! Try and spill some wine on the most snooty person there- make it look like an accident!! That'll teach 'em.

Have a great time, the menu is always very exciting.
