Im going to try talk my mum into letting me bring a friend on holiday?

im 14 and i have two little brother 4 and 7 so im always bored doing silly water parks and kiddie shows now its boring,i want to bring my friend so i can just lazz round the pool and beach all day,what can i say to my mum ? my friend said shell be allowed her mum and dad said because they carnt afford to all go on holiday so shed pay her way.

invite your friend round a few times and be really nice to your parents and tell you friend to offer to help them loads and then they will let you because they think they are such a nice kind polite helpful friend

Your parents may not want the responsibility of taking care of someone else's minor child on vacation in a foreign country.  It's difficult, and a lot of responsibility.  I can foresee the situation where you two, your inhibitions worked down by goofing around with each other, might egg each other on until you decide to do something really foolish.  What if some tragedy happened to her?  How would your parents tell her parents if something awful happened?  

I understand what you're saying, that you want someone your own age along to have fun with, but it does pose situations that you may not have thought of.  If you can convince your parents that you'll stay within the limits of what they decide, that you won't break any rules, because your friend suggested, say, trying to get into a bar, or leaving the resort area and getting into trouble with no adults to rescue you...you might be able to convince them that you're responsible enough for such an excursion...good luck...remember, twenty years from now, you might just treasure the time spent with your little brothers, because things change as you get older.
