For a couple reasons I don't have a valid gov ID right now, and at this point it will take way too long to get it by the time I leave in 7 days... so I was wondering I have an ATM Visa card with my picture on it.... now If I use that in conjunction with my birth certificate will they accept that as confirmation of my being over 21 to drink, gamble and club.. I would really appreciate any and all HELP! Thanks!!!!

  1. Im a cocktail server on the strip and if you look young you may get carded but maybe not-depends on the server/bartender And we do talk so if you get caught w one youve been caught by us all-(same goes w tiping dont tip one of us and we all know about it). Ive heard of people picking up empty beer bottles and just asking for another one. Clubs defenitely wont let you in wo id. If you win a jackpot you wont be paid w/o proper id too.

  2. Birth Certificate is not fine in Vegas. You will need a government issued id card. Preferably a drivers license or passport. If you don't have any of those, they will not let you do anything.

The casinos will not risk losing their license by taking chances on your ATM card and birth certificate.

  3. birth certificate is fine...but not ATM card.
