Im gonna grind my right front tooth with a Dremel tool, does anybody have any helpful hints?

Dove off of a 20' rock cliff into a lake and smashed my face and head on a large rock on the bottom. chipped right front tooth off into my bottom lip and had to dig it out, i thought i was dying, hurt my neck pretty badly also.

Have a friend there in case something goes wrong. In fact, you may want a steady handed friend to do it instead of trying it on yourself.

You need a dentist, it's gonna hurt like anything if not.  Your teeth have nerves, don't drill yourself.  You need novacane.
