Im gunna try cardio?

I lift weights alot and im thinking bout trying cardio . I really dont know what cardio . Could anyone tell me some cardio exercies that are kinda easy and they really work with my weight lifting

  1. You don't say what your aims are.

    Are you trying to lose weight?

    Depending on your fitness levels, walking, jogging, running and skipping are all good cardio exercises.


  2. you need at least 30 mins of cardio a day. Waliking on the tread mill with ankle weights is great. Or running. Your heart has to be conditioned all that weight lifting is nothing without a strong heart.

  4. Running, fast-paced walking, the elliptical, aerobics classes, dancing.

    Anything that brings your heart rate up!

  5. running, biking, jumping jacks, agilities, you can even get info from tapes or watch videos on youtube for workouts

  6. Cardio is really fun for me at least but i do all sorts of things to get my heart rate up. Maybe try checking into Taebo its a REAL work out.
