Theres quite a list,i dont know if any of these problems are normal so maybe im just being paranoid..anyway..

*My eye's ache, all the time, like really bad,the only thing that helps is to lie down, which is annoying.

*When im tierd my eyes go blurry, like i have to blink over and over again just to get my eyes to focus.

*When i look at something clear(E.g The sky) i can see, what i can only describe as sperm cells lol, swerming around, that cant be right.

* and I've noticed a tiny black dot in the white of my right eye,its never been there before, and there's another black dot in the middle of the colour in my left eye...

My Gp said i should go the opticians for an eye exam (because i've been getting really bad dizzy spells which makes my vision go black/dark for a few seconds) but they said my eyes were fine, admittenly i didnt have all these problems back then, that was a few months ago...

I dont wear glasses or anything and im only 18 so i have no idea if any of this is pointing to anything...

  1. I would go and ask a optician to lay your fears, however, the sperm cells thing - I have exactly the same thing on and off every so often.

Apparently its just loose natural debris - cartilage I think - and I don't think it can be removed so just learn to live with it.

  2. i get that well at first it was like that then i started getting headache after the black dots start running about so if i get that i have to take painkillers but i do know the headaches could turn into migraines

  3. Re your GP, get a second opinion.

  4. yea i agree with your GP!

half of the symptoms sound fairly normal except the first one. you'll find that the black dots on your eyes are actually sort of like freckles.  the 'spermy things' are just bits of tiny dust and everyone gets them, some worse than others. and when your eyes go blurry when your tired its because your tired. most people get it.

but defiantly go get 'em checked!!

  5. I have the same thing. The sperm cells are called 'floaters' and they just swim around in your vision. They can be annoying but are not dangerous to your eyesight.

You do need to get your eyes checked however. It sounds to me as though your eyes are straining and it may be necessary to get glasses or contacts or something. Your eyesight can deteriorate at any time even if you have had a recent eye test.
