Im havin a pool party n my 2 besties cant be there to help me out. some ideas to make it awesome?

its my teen birthday party and there wont be a "ton" of people, but there will be like 30 or so. i need ideas on things to do, how i should decorate, and things i should be bring like kinds of food and drinks, games, or anything for 13-17 year olds ta do for 2 hours that u can think of..

Tiki torches are a must.  They're pretty inexpensive and they change everything completely from eh to COOL.

Is there a 2 hour gap in there where you don't know what to do, or is the party only 2 hours long?  Because if it's only 2 hours long, your folks need to be told to remove the stick from their a**s.
