Im having Cramps in the adomen (im a man) wad does it mean??

Hi:   From your description, it could be many different things. I wonder how long you had the cramps. Do the cramps happen at a certain time of day? Do they come and go?

My guess is that is that it is the stomach. Have you noticed that is seems to be related to food? As others have said, maybe it has to do with the intestines (bowel movements). I had a dull ache in the stomach area and it turned out to be mild gastritis.

Probably you should talk to a pharmacist first. Maybe some over-the-counter medication can help. If the problem doesn't go away in maybe a month, you might check it out with an alternative doctor or a regular MD.

On the other hand, it could be related to stress. Have you had any stressful issues lately?

Maybe you're constipated or you may have Irritable Bowl Syndrome. It also might be from something you ate.

Could also just be gas. Have you been eating lots of fiber lately?
