Im having a boy/girl... BABY! How to tell my husband in Army Basic Training!?

Okay everyone.. I need some help! My husband is in Basic Training right now. He DESPRATELY wants to know if we are having a girl or a boy. I find out within the next two weeks. Ive been trying to think of a cute way to do this. HE IS SO EXCITED!!!

I wanted to do something exciting.

The ONLY problem is that I am limited to pictures/letters. Nothing else!

I was thinking maybe writing on my tummy/ baby bump in lipstick or something that 'Its a ___ !" Then cut it up into like 6 pieces and each letter I send, send him a piece. The last piece will be the one that says either girl or boy. The suspense will build up and he'll be sweating for that last piece!!!

ANY OTHER IDEAS?!

get them to print a pic to you

then write on it, "guess what I am"

and tape a small envalope behind it with a note in it that are decorated where you disclose the gender

then he can try to see for himself (as you probably will during the ultrasound) and get to see his baby for the first time

Great idea!  Only thing might be that it draws it out a little too long.  Cads idea sounds like the way to go.  That way it's more like a game and it doesn't draw it out.
