Im having a ceserean section in 6 weeks and I am wondering how long hospital stay is for ?

I had a c-section on a Tuesday afternoon and went home on Friday morning, so I was there about 3 days.  Dr asked if I wanted to stay an extra day but I was ready to get home.  By law your insurance has to pay for at least 3 days (72 hours).

I may have to have a C-section because my baby is breech . I asked my Dr. about this Monday and she said with me I would be there 3 days tops because I'm in great physical shape. In most cases now a days hospitals like to kick you out as soon as they can :( .

For vaginal its 24 hours for c-section its 93 hours.  Unless you have problems and they can keep you until you are ready to go home.  I'd say on average 3 days maybe 3-5.  From what I have seen.

I stayed in hospital four days after my c-section. That's what my insurance company allowed for a normal c-section.

depends but 3 days is the min, i was in 4 days, think thats the average!
