I would have black and red accessories (tablecloths, napkins, utensils, cups, candles, etc).  Also, place crosses, skulls and gargoyles around the house.  Get some red lightbulbs and put those in lamps and fixtures to give your house a dark feeling.

My friend had a Gothic themed party and it was awsom.

She had it at night, with flashing lights, fake spider weds and spiders, a smoke machine,  that went off really randomly and this voice box thing that was hidden in the letter box and when you walked past it screamed really loud or it made that noice when nails are scratched down a black bored.
