Im having a "timeout issue", is it a virus?

I went to "My Computer" then "manage" and read the service log and this was my error:

The Computer Browser service terminated with the following error:

This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

This keeps happening, my anti-virus and virus scans arent detecting anything.

May Be you need to check your computer

1. delete Temp files

click start then Run and type "TEMP" without quotes

and click ok and delete every thing

2. delete Temp files

click start then Run and type "%TEMP%" without quotes

and click ok and delete every thing
