You should be able to pick up some inexpensive tiaras at a party store. Alternatives would be inexpensive pearl bracelets or earrings, big black sunglasses, or long black gloves. See the second photo down in the main article:

Try to find paper goods in Tiffany blue, shown on this page:

If you could find them cheap enough, the key rings that look like HUGE diamond rings would be perfect! Especially if you could find (or paint) little boxes in Tiffany blue to put them in!  (check eBay)  ......check eBay for the Audrey Hepburn too (never can tell) or maybe a store that sells movie posters or movie memoriabilia

There are rings in the candy aisle that have candy diamonds and that would be fun to put into tiffany blue boxes. Kinkos can take images and make them into posters, banners and probably life size images. You might be able to make banners or something like that or transfer her image to other items. Or just use paper and repeat the image through out the party for a lot less $$$.
