Your color scheme is very formal,so I agree with the first poster who suggested a Masquerade theme,complete with Harlequin-style masks.Your colors remind me of some Commedia dell' Arte characters named Pierrot,Pierrette,Harlequin.The masks shouldn't be too hard to find.Large black,red and white fluffy plumes and silk flowers and balloons could be used as decorations as well.

black white and red huh? well since your renting a hall i suggest maybe u go with a masquerade type theme?(since its formal and everything) put up some masks on the wall make some of your own decorations give it your own touch u could also get some fabric and like put up some curtains and set up a punch bowl stuff like that. your guests will love it either way. just be sure to have alot of fun on your big day!
