im having a sweet 16 soon, and my theme is a circus. i am having it in a hall, but how can i make the hall look like your at a circus?

I agree with the first answer. Fabric on the ceiling and walls to make it look like a circus tent. Also bright colors for EVERYTHING!! maybe some props like a tight rope going across the ceiling (nobody should use it!!). use these pictures to help:
