Im having an appetizer party what should i serve?

my b-day is coming up and im gonna have all different types of appetizers what should i serve?

Buy a appetizer tray from price club--it has pigs in blankets,puff pastries, mini potato kanises, etc

Buy meatballs put in crock pot with a sauce of your choice (spaggetti, bbq, sweet and sour)

Garlic bread rolls-small rolls butter with garlic paste

I went to a "Global Tapas" party at a friend's place, it was a great idea --- apps from all over!  She had bacalao fritters, shrimp satays, olive tapenade w/crostini, tandoori chicken wings, tamarind pulled pork quesadillas, ceviche with plantain chips, hummus, baba ghanouj, grape leaves, Greek salad, Thai lettuce wraps.... it was very impressive.

finger sandwiches (make sure ya do cucumber!)

sliders (mini cheeseburgers)

bacon wrapped scallops (or shrimp)

creamy spinach dip/rye (or pumpernickle) bread

tuna salad wrapped in a lettuce leaf

mini pizzas (I guess kind of like the pizza bagels, but      home-made tastes better)

different mini-kabobs (fruit, veggie, swedish meatballs, etc)

ring bologna and cheese w/ crackers tray (try maybe 3 or 4 different kinds of cheese, in cubes)

mini cheesecakes

What about fruit kabobs? Or tiny cream puffs (well, that isnt an appetizer, but it is yummy and easy to make)

Go with pigs in a blanket(it's a clasic), a meat tray consisting of ham, turkey and salomi wraped in singles with a toothpick going through them. Also get maybe two fruit bowls assorted with different fruit.

Mini Hot Dog Rolls. Use Pillsbury Dough Boy refrigerated dough cut each piece in half or in threes. Depeneding on how much bread. Then get some mini hot dogs Nathan's is most popular. Wrap the dough around the mini hot dog and bake. Hope this helps you.
