Im having many car problems

Question

my bro a mechanic but he seems there nothing he can do to my car, my first problem was that radiator was leaking and causing smoke, but i didnt have enough money to fix then so i keep driving. then my car stop on the highway, got a tow truck to my house, i got a new radiator, now they telin me my engine blown, and just get a new car. another thing suck that i go to school 30 min away i dont know what the heck i gonna do?

You ruined the car by driving it while it was overheating. Expensive lesson. Time to call the junk man.

It does sound like a head gasket when your radiator went bad and the engine over heated it probaly damaged the head gasket this repair will run 1500 dollars and up depending on the vehicle your best solution is a different car if water has mixed with the oil it will have damaged other parts of the engine and even with a new head gasket the engine may have other problems

Hello it sounds like your engine might very well be blown if your radiator was leaking and you couldent fix it yet continued to drive very likely you over heated the engine and posibaly blew a head gasket in this case coolant would mix with the oil and would likely spinn a rod bearing or even worse the main bearings

if you see white smoke out the exhaust or a white milky substance on the oil dipstick when you check the engine oil, it sounds like a broken head gasket to me. Then again if you drove it while it was overheating, then it could also be a warped/ cracked head. Without knowing what year/ model the car is I am not sure if it is worth fixing.

Personally I would have gotten some temporary sealer for the radiator I believe its called bars leak,  either look at another automobile, or see if you brother can get a new engine for you, him being a mechanic he should have the connections, ability, and knowledge of getting you a different engine somehow.
