Im having problems transfer from my panasonic sdr-h40 to my computer?

the pictures will transfer but the video's will not play in windows media player, did anyone have this problem or does anyone know how to fix it. Thanks!

If the problem is with transferring the videos, most camcorders need a Firewire cable to transfer videos onto the computer. Buy a Firewire (my Handycam didn't have one bundled with it, yet it doesn't transfer unless you use it), and hook it up, and you will be able to transfer anything to Ulead VideoStudio, Windows Movie Maker, or iMovie.

If the problem is with playing the videos, just try to play them with VLC media player (available for free online).
