I`m having problems with the notes area on the fantasy baseball/my team section, why cant I add/delete at all?

Question

The character total is stuck on 200 characters, as if I haven`t added any letters at all. It usually counts down from 200 as letters are used, I cannot add or delete anything in it`s current state. I`ve tried everthing I know of and nothing works. can you please fix this or send me the fix, I do use the notes area quite regularly. I really expected it to be fixed with the maintenance to the site during the AllStar break but it still doesn`t work, Thank You in advance!

I think there is a glitch that is causing that.
